Also, the postponed game Friday between Buford and Milton will be played on Friday, Sept.6 at 8 p.m. at one of the schools, the site being determined by a coin flip in the next few days. It will be broadcast on WPCH. All tickets for both postponed games Friday at Coolray Field will be honored at the rescheduled games.

On Friday, Tucker was set to meet Archer at 5:30 p.m. and Milton was slated to play Buford at 8:30 p.m. before the deluge began around 5 p.m. and continued over the next hour. The rain washed out the infield at Coolray, creating a dangerous playing surface for the athletes, and forced the Corky Kell staff to make the decision to reschedule the games.
